Dealers in Hope

I once worked with an ALC Director who called himself a “dealer in hope.” I haven’t forgotten how he approached his daily work and the importance of modeling a hopeful attitude daily.. Students loved him and staff followed his vision and were inspired by his optimism. 

Leaders who look forward with hope are those who possess a positive and optimistic outlook on the future. These leaders inspire and motivate others by embracing challenges, envisioning possibilities, and demonstrating resilience in the face of adversity.
