Each year, MASA seeks superintendent contract information from those willing to share that information with us. By participating in this initiative, you will gain access to valuable salary and benefits data provided by others in similar roles prior to your own contract negotiations. Why are we doing this?
The purpose of collecting contract information is to enable you to review salary and benefits information from colleagues in comparable positions, giving you an advantage in your upcoming contract negotiations.

Who gets the information?
The survey results will be shared with colleagues who have completed the survey and with new superintendents who are negotiating their first contracts upon request.

New this Year! Will my identity be revealed?
To make the data most helpful, information will be identifiable by school district. We have been asked by superintendents to share the information in a way where people could sort by the pieces of information they are looking at, such as student enrollment, years of experience, years in the school district, etc.
We kindly request that you consider sharing your information prior to July 8, 2024, so that we can compile the data promptly. Remember, you will obtain this valuable information by contributing your contract details.
