Registration is now open for the 2025-26 MASA Great Start Cohort for new superintendents and administrators! If you know of any new superintendents and administrators in your region, please encourage them to register for this cohort experience. The first session is July 16, 2025!

MASA is committed to providing excellent professional development that will support administrators in their professional practice. Great Start Cohort members will have the opportunity to meet other new leaders, receive information from seasoned leaders, and develop practical skills designed to help them be successful in the first year of their new position. Whether participants are first-time superintendents or experienced superintendents new to Minnesota, this seven-session workshop series is a wonderful opportunity to address the challenges of a new superintendency together with others in similar situations!

Cohort Fee
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, Baker Tilly and Ehlers, MASA is able to offer this cohort for $549 for all seven sessions. The price includes continental breakfast, lunch, and beverages for full-day sessions. The cohort fee will not be prorated for missed sessions. Participants may not register for individual sessions.

You MUST be a Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA) member to attend. Not a member yet? Please submit your membership online.

Continuing Clock Hours
CEUs will be provided for each session.

Please register by Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Program fees will be refunded if canceled by July 16, with a $75 cancellation fee.
