Minnesota AASA Governing Board Election Results
- Craig Oftedahl, Superintendent, Luverne Public Schools
- Lisa Sayles-Adams, Superintendent, Eastern Carver County Schools
Craig and Lisa will serve on the AASA Governing Board for three years from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026.
About the AASA Governing Board
Governing Board members have dual responsibilities. They represent their home state on the Governing Board, and they report the work of the Governing Board to their home state affiliate. Through the Governing Board elected representatives, members have a voice in AASA decision-making.
The Board meets twice a year. The first meeting is held in conjunction with AASA’s Federal Advocacy Conference held in July. The second meeting is held in conjunction with AASA’s National Conference on Education held in the spring.
